Dreadful Day Ever

It all started with the case of bedhead hair. I couldn't figure it to look right. As I was running out the door, I fell and landed all over myself. To make matters worse, I was extremely behind schedule for a very important appointment.

It all started out horribly with a simple mishap/incident/screw-up. But then things went from bad to absolutely terrible. A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to run away and hide.
